Contact Point
The contact point is the moment of truth on the serve or any shot. In the last article we showed you how to develop a pro level technical swing path. Now let's zero in on the most important moment in that path--the split second when the strings strike the ball. In my system, understanding and creating a great contact point means understanding two dimensions-- the position of the contact from left to right and from front to back.
