A few updates on one of the Wimbledon tune-up events in the 3 week grass "Season" -- Stuttgart

Ben Shelton fell to James Duckworth 7-6(5), 4-6, 6-3., the Aussie's first top 20 win since 2021. Ben hit 21 aces, but Duckworth attacked his second serve.

Oft-injured Matteo Berrettini has a mini-run going getting his win over Shapo, and is next for Duckworth.

Zverev pulled out after putting 20 hours on court making the French finals.

Draper beats Berrettini 3-6 7-6(5) 6-4

A good week for Draper, beating Tiafoe along the way as well. Hasn't done well at Wimbledon thus far, making only the 2nd round in 2022. He did make the 4th round of the US Open last year so he has some pedigree. One feels an in form Berrettini would see him off normally.
