Are you a 'glass half full" or a "glass half empty' type of person? Reports say ITF "has" financing or "will get financing". I'm no economist but I think there is a huge difference between "has" & "will".
Kosmos and Piqu? are OUT of the Davis Cup after 5-years, the deal wasn't renewed. ITF will run the qualifying stages and Finals alone in 2023.
