I hate to be a cynic but ... the graphical presentations of shot data in the Roland Garros system are supposedly drawn from HawkEye data by InfoSys.
Here's a "winner" by Carlos Alcraz where the impact point is shown almost at the doubles sideline.
Here's a 2nd "winner" per HawkEye/ Infosys fm Alcaraz-Londero match. I clicked on green dot in the right doubles alley, indicating where it landed (out) & flight path generated goes into the net on the opposite alley Anyone think ELC is flawless? Explanations?
Perhaps the "fault" lies with InfoSys not HawkEye, but without more transparency into the system, ELC leaves me skeptical.
