  • Atlanta - Need coaches/hitting partners for Ukraine athletes ...

We have a family that managed to get out of Ukraine - they just arrived in Atlanta thankfully safe and sound. I think they have living arrangements there so that is number one being stable right now, around people who can provide them the support they need and getting back into a good headspace. The federation is trying to figure out who can hit/coach - any recommendations would be appreciated.

    TC1,
Don't know of anyone myself. But I would also post something on the TennisWarehouse message boards. Lot larger group. How are you and your family? Can you tell us anything about the situation?

All is good - family and my staff got out as we organized quickly. The situation is crazy beyond all belief - cannot even begin to comprehend it.

Sandy Springs Tennis Center just north of Atlanta in Sandy Springs is a great place that offers clinics, lessons, and hitting. It's a really nice facility that's worth a visit- 30 courts with lights! When I was there the Groslimond brothers- Jeff and Andrew were great fun coaches, along with the Endler brothers, Braunn and Hagen. They're all very nice and good players/coaches

          Any ideas?

I live 30 minutes South of the Atlanta Airport. Most all of the bigger more active tennis facilities/clubs are on the north side of Atlanta.

Hey stroke. What did Atlanta ever do with the Olympic tennis facility?
