Medvedev is just getting too many of Opelka's serves back. Once Medvedev is in the rally he's odds on favourite to win it as he is far more nimble and better off the ground than Opelka. Medvedev's return position is great for bunting Opelka's serves back but you feel Opelka serves so well he might trying serve volleying...now he is a set and a break down. He has the ability to move in quickly behind is serve if he can volley well enough.
