The equipment I design is medical equipment - its not fitness/weight/training equipment - its regenerative equipment. Generally speaking commercial stuff is garbage, and this is hand tailored to the athlete. I will show the project from beginning to completion. Today is painting and putting pieces together.

I will show a bit of what I do for MMA fighters and hockey players with this sports performance - weight lifters/power lifters come to me now all the time as they have figured out my small muscle work is the key to (a) durability, (b) increasing bar speed and (c) stretch reflex. This works very well for tennis which has very crazy demands and pretty much rips athletes apart like a car crash in the shoulders, hips, knees, ankles and feet.Comment

One of my sports science special assists did some videos today of one of the athletes we work with - were doing a lot of traction/low back/toe complex and activation work as he is very unbalanced and has a lot of compensation movements that will lead to problems. He will get there in time I think.Comment

Almost done with our glute ham device - its a medical device that solves a lot of issues - a life saver for tennis players ... just finishing the pad and it will be ready for training soon. I have a very tall daughter, so this will help get her spine in order to withstand gravitational force (-:Comment
