Funny bloke that Tiriac, but always worth listening to in my view. He was probably being way too honest for today's climate but few could argue he wasn't telling the truth. Serena is heavier and slower and that's just a fact. It's also a testament to Serena's ability that she continues to do as well as she does.
There is a Romanian at my club and he's blunt too. Romanian's just tend to come out and say things. It's a quality I rather like but these days it can land you in trouble.Stotty -
