    Hi,
    I am unable to access the subscription details page.
    When I click on the "Your Subscription" link, the page just doesnt open up.

    I am not using the previous credit card and would like to change it to a different one. So, please let me know how to do it and when the problem is going to be solved.

    it's working fine on the server. did you login in first? if you did it's probably a glitch in the internet temporarily. try again later and let me know.

      Hi John,
      I have tried again but the page is just not opening up.
      Are the other members able to access this page or is it just me who is having problems?

      I want a different credit card to be charged because i am not using this one anymore. I will have to go through a lot of hassles if this card gets charged again.

      Please give a solution. As far as I remember my renewal is due for this month.

        i can't tell you why it's not opening up on your system. i can change it manually for you. why don't you call me at 415-336-9439. Say 1-2pm west coast time and I should be able to do it.

          Hi John,
          It finally worked. I tried it using Firefox browser and I am glad it worked.

          Seems like there is a problem with internet explorer.

          Well, now I have changed the details and everything is okay.
