A couple of the private coach education businesses seem to do quite well as far as I can see.

    Good luck with it anyway...
Yes. It's down that route stotty. Thank you. As for the LTA, yes they deliver it, but where do they get that idea and that curriculum?

      Hello Everyone.

First and foremost, my deepest apologies for being erratically absent over the past few months.
Demand on my time from my company (Yes its already busy, coupled with the current global pandemic situation, my perfectionist and persnickety ideas of how I want my website to look and act, as well as my recent marriage to my best friend and partner in crime Lisa (3/20/20 was the wedding date and Yes John Yandell has met her and approves!) has delayed the launch of the website. Aside from COVID-19, all other reasons have been fantastic reasons for the delay.
But I would like to share the site with you. Also, I will be offering a free webinar this Saturday at 10am discussing SETS Consulting and discussing the topic "5 Actions All Tennis Coaches Must Be Doing Now During COVID-19" If you are interested in attending and in the best interest of keeping this thread clear please send me a private message to gain the meeting ID.

At SETS Consulting, we do not make great coaches and players, we make great coaches and great players even better! SETS are for those coaches that require a positive impact on their players. SETS are for tennis federations that demand better education for their coaches. SETS are for facilities that desire better service for their members. SETS are for those corporate athletes who are hungry to take the next step in their careers or grow their current ones. SETS are not for everyone, we are for those that appreciate learning and growth, continued education, teamwork and most importantly, new levels of success. Statistically speaking, that is the 1%. If you have been able to read this far, you are probably in this 1% category.
Thank you for your patience and support. Enjoy.

P.S. Special thanks to Mr. Phil Picuri and Mr. John Yandell for the testimonials, friendship and inspiration.

            Hi Klacr!

Hope you are keeping safe and well in these surreal times. All tennis clubs are closed here. Over 20,000 dead and the rest of us are locked up in our homes. How is it in your neck of the globe?

I went to view your website, which looks really good by the way. I couldn't view most of your articles, however. When I clicked to read them, being nosey as I am, I was taken to a 'Page not Found' message. Have you not loaded them up yet or is it something my end?

              Stotty, Thank you.
We opened up our clubs in South Florida Wednesday for social play. Monday we will all begin teaching lessons. Things are back to normal here.
Thanks for taking a look at the website. I am pleased with it as well.
As for the links, I will have developer look into those as it was not an issue on our side but I know there is a solution.

              Stay safe. Be well.

                SETS Consulting Interview Series

Wanted to share with everyone our past two interviews.
The first is with a good friend and tennis coach Cyril Saulnier. He was a top 50 ATP Tour player who now coaches in Boca Raton. I have included both interview links to website and youtube. The interview can be viewed at either one.

                https://setsconsult.org/webinar/interview-with-cyril-saulnier/

The next is one is an interview with Lisa Pugliese-LaCroix.
She was a top nationally ranked junior, an NCAA Champion and played on the tour. But life had a bigger purpose for her. From a world class tennis player she became a world class provider and advocate for the world of Autism. She is the founder of Love Serving Autism, a 501(c)(3) charity that uses tennis as therapeutic tool to help children and young adults on the autism spectrum. Here is the link to her website. https://loveservingautism.org

And here is the interview: And yes, she is also my wife.

                  Hey Kyle,

Was just thinking about your company and wanted to check in and see how it has been going.

Hope all is well and you are finding success as we recover from the pandemic.

Thanks so much for checking in. As you can see by my frequency of posts (or lack thereof) things have been booming. Incredibly busy. The pandemic affects many people and differently. Fortunately I live in a state that is "open for business" and was already a tennis hotbed so things have only accelerated for me. For SETS Consulting, It wasn't a set back, it was a set up.
Hope you enjoyed the latest article in this month's issue and there will be more to come!

This seems so true. I had a high school coach and at the time of course I didn't think of it this way but he was an amazing guy who had a way of connecting with all of us individually and as a group.

That’s what it’s all about. How lucky are you to experience that!? I hope you thanked him at the end of your high school career.

Well, no. He left before our senior year unexpectedly under strange circumstances. We had won 3 league titles but did not repeat due to stupidity of his replacement. Years later I heard he died on the teaching court in Jacksonville. Learned a lesson there. Wherever he is hope he knows how I felt.

Even more reason to appreciate and thank coaches when we can. May he rest in peace.
