hi,
I've read "One-Handed Topspin Backhand, Hand and Arm Rotation" , i would like to ask John Yandell two questions :
The first, is the hand-and-arm rotation apply only on straight arm , and the second :
on the beginning of the forward movement, the racket head goes above to below the hand : do you think this is a rotational movement with a straight arm or not (or just the fact when the arm is now straight , the racket is automatically in good position ) ?
