A ten year study from Denmark with thousands of participants came to this conclusion.

Makes sense: cardiovascular good for heart, eye hand coordination good for reflexes and brain, socializing with people good for morale.

It always wonder if Tennis players might be different for other reasons. Or at least those who continue playing for so many years.

It would be interesting to see how Golf players fared.

I just sent it to my wife.

I do find now that I am older that exercising is no longer seen as a luxury.
