I have never really thought about how important movement is in tennis. If cannot get to the ball in time you are stuffed no matter how good your strokes are. At lower levels if you can retrieve every ball you are going to really make the other person work. In my tennis matches I'm standing to upright and not moving at all it is so bad. So the first thing I have to do is make my legs wider and get my center of gravity down lower. I am really tall and standing upright is really holding me back.
