Knee pain

    I have been using the roller for five days and today I had my first pain-free day on my left knee. The system seems to be working remarkably well. I can feel a difference almost immediately after using the roller and completing the stretches.

    I was actually running and moving fluently today for the first time in ages.

    I have stopped using the previously exercises prescribed by my hospital physio. They seemed to be making things worse.
