    Take a look here at your fellow Swiss Maestro...42 clicks in with the right arrow key. His hands are separated but I recommend that you have your left hand on the throat of the racquet still to get the "feel". From this position you extend your left hand across, step and swing. Get the picture?

    See how the racquet strings are squarely against the wall to his right? Racquet tip pointed a bit in the direction of the camera.

      Here's the rear view. Take it 19 clicks with the right arrow key. See how the racquet head is tilted slightly forwards and the elbow is away from the body. Racquet head is head high...maybe even slightly higher. This is where is takes his initial move towards the ball...with his foot and he begins his swing from here as well. You will see that with the racquet in this position it will quite natural to slide that hand just a bit towards a stronger eastern forehand grip. Your grip looks pretty mild. This is what allows these guys to hit those monster forehands on high balls.

          That gizmo of yours is perfect for this experiment. Try to start in the aforementioned position...strings to the wall, left hand on throat of racquet and elbow high. Then separate the hands, step and swing. When you are in the strings to the wall you should feel some stretch in the forearm and wrist. Strengthen the grip a bit. Take a swing. Let's have a look at this swing from this setup.

                Finally fully fit again! Will restart playing again next week. The time was not lost. I hope to have reshaped my serve, using John's New Teaching Systems series on the serve. Especially the Swing Path. Been visualizing it and going through the motions ever since my injury. Gave me motivation to work on something. Can hardly wait to try it out on court

                    Finally back to playing tennis again. Thanks to the Billy Jean eyecoach training and my abs and weight training, I picked up where I left off.
