Reading the Lansdorp Forehand article made me realize that it's possible to lay the wrist back too much and that "slapping" is bad. Without a doubt, I am guilty of doing this and even thought is was good!
I also noted your suggestion of pushing the palm through contact from one of your forehand articles.
So, last night I focused on pushing the palm through contact and keeping a more moderate and steady wrist position. What a difference! It's so much easier to get a solid hit this way ... and repeat it consistently. That's something I've struggled with for a long time. I think this is the end of my "whippy" forehand!
Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you and remind you that your site is a great resource.
