  • Quicktime problem

    Hey guys,

I'm having a problem where my quicktime screen turns completely green when I am looking a the pro strokes videos. Everything is fine for the first few videos. Then bam, the screen turns green. Any ideas? I reinstalled windows and still the same thing is happening. I also have the latest version of Quicktime.

    Thanks!

    Jeff

    Jeff,

That's a new one! I've never seen it or heard of it. Anyone out there have a clue??

I had a problem with quicktime locking up on me after viewing several videos. Microsoft said it was a known error with the version I had which was 7.0.3. I upgraded to the latest version which is 7.0.4 and that solved the problem. The latest version just came out about a week ago, so you should check to make sure you have it. Hopefully this helps.

        Thanks for the feedback.

I just tried setting my screen resolution to 800 X 600 and the green screen disappeared!
