    I haven't read this concept anywhere else, the same is valid for the release of the wrist that you advocate.
    Well, I am always interested in hearing different perspectives. Certainly there is going to be varying degrees amongst pros. Some are more relaxed, some are more firmed up in the grip. Some have a "traditional" laid back wrist in that it is performed by the player rather then the motion so much.

    All I am noting is what I see becoming more and more prevalent. But certainly we can find pros that may not meet the descpition. On the same token we can find a lot that can.

    Is there an article datailing the subject on the way? I think you are talking about manners to hit a forehand that can transform a just OK groundstroke into a near pro level one.
