  • Dowload your Quicktime message?

This is what this prospective user suggests:

Thanks Marius. I was able to view the video after i again installed
    QuickTime.

Here's a resulting proposed edit to the website: When a user can't view
    a webpage:
Preferably, the resulting webpage should say something like You Should
Download Our Linked Quicktime. (Right now the website gives no error
message or technical suggestion at all.)
Or, at least the website should make its existing Technical
Specifications link always viewable from any webpage of the site, in
that general left margin (the one that includes the main links, for
Stroke Archives, Contact Support, Forum, etc.), not tucked away at
    <http://www.tennisplayer.net/public/new_issue/2005/new_issue_april_2005_public.html>,
    bottom of webpage.

On a sort of separate issue, the one thing i lust after is a drop-dead
drop volley - are there any drop volleys on the website? - I did a
search on the website, but the search result was ambiguous. Drop-volley
video would induce me to buy.

We might add the tech specs to the web nav bar. Actually you should just email us instead of bothering Marius too much...
I think we assume that people are somewhat familiar with the process and have a little more basic knowledge than they do. I'll check about that error message but not sure it's technically possible.

As for drop volleys if that is really what floats your boat, search using this terminology. FHDropV and BHDropV. I think there are about 15 or movies that have one or the other.
