Phil,
Here is how to proceed from Joe:
Have Phil contact our office by phone or email. Then we get him a shipping quote when we get his full address. Then he approves it and pays by credit card or PayPal. We do it all the time.
Have him email Juliana@OncourtOffcourt.com. She will be in the office Monday morning.

My only concern is how durable the apparatus is. I assume the student just strokes the ball when using eye coach. Nevertheless, on a day in day out basis, I wonder what its lifespan is.Last edited by stotty; 11-15-2015, 01:10 PM.Stotty

As to Eye Coach durability it's pretty good. At some point you'll need to replace the ball. I got a spare from them when I ordered my first one and it was quite some time before I needed it. Inevitably you'll have have to tighten the wingnut and secure the weight on the base with the easy to use tools they provide.
On the first Eye Coach I got about three years ago I actually had to have the metal section of the arm welded to the base because the wingnut would loosen up after a couple of hits...that was after a year or so. My new one has been trouble free save for tightening things occasionally. There is one problem with my new one in that the ball doesn't line up evenly with the base. I angle the unit to get an even position but it is a bit annoying. I can only assume this is an anomaly.

I like the concept of eye coach.
I never watch the ball anymore because I am always watching the student. I have become expert at hitting a ball where I think it might be...Stotty

Heard nothing anymore from them Stotty, even though I phoned and used the contact form.
Finally got it from here: http://howtoplaytennis.net/
They charged 78 US dollars for shipping. They shipped it today...
