Is there any way I can get my forehand to swing out (more extension). I always brush up a lot on my forehand, when I try to swing out and extend my arm I always feel akward. Is there any visual that can help.

What we really need is some video--it's tough to analyze a tennis stroke you've never seen.
What you have to do though is find an actual physical position or two that you want to use as a model. Now learn to swing according to it with your eyes open, eyes closed. When you hit--visualize the position. It works like a blueprint. If it feels awkward that could be good.
