And yes, I agree with you, hitting takes perfect timing (in any sport).

Hardy Brown’s father was murdered. Shot dead in a neighbor’s home in rural Kirkland, Texas, Nov. 7, 1928. Two men pumped four bullets into him. Hardy was in the room when it happened. He was four. Four months later, Brown was present again when a family friend murdered one of his father’s killers at point-blank range. He only saw or heard from his mother when he was 17, to enter the marines. Now institutionalized, dementia from head trauma. Cannot lift his right hitting shoulder. Called the dirtiest player in nfl history due to his brutal knock outs. Knocked out the entire backfield of the chicago team in one game.
He loaded the left shoulder, sideways, and then, cocked his right hitting shoulder into the hit forwards, eyes straight forwards, chest facing opponents straight on, with immense unit turning speed and forwards contact, right through the cheek bones, noses, skulls, shoulders, aiming mainly for the head of opponents. George Halas had the refs check his shoulder pads for illegal metal plates and they found: NOTHING AT ALL
The Dexter Morgan of the nfl. A serial killer born at four.Last edited by GeoffWilliams; 11-17-2014, 06:09 PM.

Love her enthusiasm. Great watching her alternate foot step and bounce step jump rope rhythm. Buddy Lee is a great resource for you if you haven't seen his work. I don't understand what she is doing tactically. She moves aggressively up front foot hops but is playing her contact point at her shins or close. Feels like she needs to let ball rise more. Feels like the wrong contact move for ball relative too her body. Feels like the wrong swing path for this ball. Instead of driving she should be coming around the outside to create some arc and shape.

Have her look at this fh. INverts towards the net, coils chest to the net post, deep knee bend wt. transfer, and neck wrap a round finish.Last edited by bottle; 11-18-2014, 11:42 AM.
