Pretty amazing for an eight year old. Really good body fly shots. "Teach rafa to hit the ball hard; and then teach him to hit the ball in." - Jack Nicklaus to uncle Tony when rafa was 5 yr. old. Equipment: It's important to use the heaviest frame they can handle and jump up from there. (If they want to be pro.)
She needs to coil sideways, even in open stance, with non dominant arm coiling sideways, and shoulders turned more, cocked against the torso, at an angle towards the net post. THere is video of a an old school nfl hitter, who knocked out guys with his shoulder hits. He turned sideways and rotated into the hit and stuck it.

The technique is unusual. When you see some of the knock outs, it's not really explainable, like Miloslav Mecirs's shots. It's a timing thing, to apply the right twisting torque, at just the right time, which is what the unit turn is all about, and as you can see your girl, does not turn or coil enough to deliver the knock out punch in timed rhythm. She has no knowledge in her body of that coincidental force/willed attack. It's also about the intention to deliver the knock out, and the energy inside the player is multiplied, when that intention is pure and powerful. So it's not just a physical rotation. It's a mental/interior/willed rotation married to and timed with.
Married timing makes the top players great.
Hardy brown knocked out 75-80 guys. Not just because of his technique. He used the murder of his father, as fuel to deliver. Anger makes a powerful tool. It speeds up the reactions. It creates the desire to kill. It delivers more power into the hit. Emotion is lifes' greatest asset.
