Nothing ABC from you ever! Brilliant article. We use a bench on the ground, however, we use it as it is fun to hit it, and low, and you know if the ball hits it that means it would - should theoretically be in! I will use a big, heavier table now and we'll go to town, or even build a wall. I like it so much. Its amazing what world class coaches are coming up with these days to make us amateurs better. That drill will be perfect for us as I have a young one with a fantastic racket, but Davenport type movement that is light years behind her technical game. She'll have to move, and I believe the fact she's hungry for the ball will help as she can play that on her own and amuse herself to no end, and still develop.
