How do you get your pro clips on your phone? Email?

I use one of two methods:

1) find the pro clip of interest on the internet on my PC and execute it

2) then use the iPhone camera to make a video of it, and then import it into Ubersense

or

2) film it directly with Ubersense

I used the first method first, then saw that the second method is even simpler.
