john's video on serve and rick's on the forehand are fantastic and really fit well with the inner game approach I mainly use. I really like how u focused on importance of being able to visualise and shadow. Showing juniors I teach the slow motion clips is the biggest teaching tool, as it is amazing how the automatic side of their brain can take it all in.

Thanks for the great words. It seems extraneous or a waste to some--model swings and visualization compared to hitting hundreds and hundreds of balls.
In my experience this approach is very powerful, rapid, almost magical in producing real technical change.
