Seppi said in an interview, before the Djokovic match, that he is benefitting from doing things differently concerning movement.

"With [fitness coach Dalibor Sirola, former trainer to Ivan Ljubicic], I’ve worked on moving better and getting more flexible," he said. "I move around better now and so I get less tired. I didn’t so much gain endurance but better fluidity. Today I feel really good on the court. It’s like I’ve got more gas in the tank."

Has anyone noticed a difference in his movement?

Any idea what his fitness coach is teaching?

If the answer is no, any tips or resources on doing the kinds of things he's talking about?

    Thanks.

He seemed to be more confident and consistent. His energy seemed more intense.

Movement is all about intensity: just look at Nadal/Dj/Fed/murray. No coincidence that the best most intense movers are also the best players.
