  • Forehand Footwork Bob Hansen

Now I get it. A push with the inside foot and a step with the outside foot. I think I was usually doing the opposite. When I do it correctly, I get the shoulder turn and the raquet goes back automatically. This article was very helpful in teaching how to get to balls, but also to hit the forehand from the correct position.

A big thanks from me as well.

After applying everything with footwork and reading the articles, I noticed a big jump in getting to balls AND hitting them more successfully. The pattern made the steps more natural, and I wasn't caught in familiar awkward positions when moving into the ball.
