IMHO, it looks to me like Megans improved stroke still shows the elbow popping out. Certainly it is in comparison to Agassi's forehand. Look at how his elbow is still close to his body even as it passes in front of his trunk. Megan's pops out before it gets to her side.
I have found Nick Bolletieri's tip with the towel to be useful to correct this problem. That's the one where you swing a towel instead of a racquet and you have someone behind you hold the towel to give some resistance, or alternatively, place the racquet on the backswing between their hands, and swing the racquet forward without touching the hands. It's like pulling a sword out of a scabbord. This helps you keep the elbow in longer, forcing you to turn your trunk and not arm the ball so much. (see Killer Forehand article)
