wrist assist vs. racket bracket

Has anyone tried both the wrist assist and the racket bracket ?

Which one is better ?

Who would win a head to head match Brad Gilbert or Tracy Austin if Tracy got to shoot for the doubles lines and Brad only got a first serve ?

I have tried Gilber's one... And it was pretty good...

Actually what really help to get correct wrist angle is have very loose wrist... and hit ball without racket.. i mean try to hit the ball with palm... I usually tell my student low five to the ball... like high five but do it lower...

Soon.. I will post how the wrist angle should be before you hit the ball under simple tennis 101 so you can take a look.. how the angle shuld be before you make contact.. it is like palm or handle is hitting the ball....
