I made few videos last night, and the forehand is the most problematic for me.
Would you mind taking a look at it?
I am usually late with the forehand, but if I want to prepare earlier, I have to slow down the back-swing and I feel like I am waiting the ball forever....
I also have tendency to jump up or even backwards too much..I just cant identify the problem for sure
anyways, I have posted the videos here:

Looked at the forehands. I hate youtube video because you can't go frame by frame and you have also filmed it very wide--hard to see you. Where is that court though?
From what I can tell the main thing I'd suggest on the forehand is to stretch that left arm across the body and straighten it out on the turn. Your elbow is bent and that is probably restricting your turn somewhat.
Timing is also a problem especially because you appear to be hitting the ball with some pace. You should reach that left arm stretch at the ball bounce at the latest. You may feel like you are waiting for the ball and that should be a good feeling! The rhythm will smooth out over time.
If you film again move the camera closer and try to fill the frame with the player. Also 1 Quick Time file is worth 100 you tube files if you really want to see what happens.

Yes I do feel like I am waiting for the ball, I thought its a wrong feeling...I guess I was wrong . I'll upload new videos in about a month or whenever I feel I made some progress.

His turn is faster than yours on the forehand--he could also stretch out that left arm straighter though. Yeah the court looks very quick, which puts a premium of a superior first move.
Was in Zagreb a few years ago for the indoor there. Maybe someday we'll be able to come to Novak's tournament.

With regard to the Federer 1st serve location article, which is an INCREDIBLE article, will you be doing more work on this in terms of the slice serve out wide, the deuce side, the 2nd serve in relation to topspin or slice etc. It really is fascinating stuff.

That position would be after the extension--it's the wrap or deceleration phase.
Extension is wrist at eye level, racket hand at the left edge of the torso, and say two feet of spacing between the hand and the torso. If you swing to that position and are relaxed, the wrap will happen naturally.

Pro Slice Backhand Part 2
John, What a great article! I love Rogers slice and think it is the best in the game. To see you break it down the way you did is incredible. It makes it easy to understand and it looks like such a great shot. I'm on my way to courts now to see if I can get close to hitting it like the pros!
In this case it seems it may be possible or last least not impossible!

Hi John, I wanted to suggest you to put some new articles in the section Physical Training.For example watching some videos showing Roger's fitness training with a great variety of exercises, I thought it would be nice an article showing him while training, and going deep to physical preparation starting from what he does ( for example he use a med ball and after some repetitions,he immediately takes the racquet and make drills of groundstrokes or serve).

Guys, this is sort of an open question and not directed specifically to you John although if you do have an answer it would be greatly appreciated!
I have been doing some research on the web looking for a hi-speed camera for a friend of mine. He's the head coach in my tennis club.
About 2-3 years ago I bought a Casio Exilim EX-FS10 from BH Photo. I went onto their site but they say that it's no longer available for purchase from this site. The feedback for this camera on this site has been good from other members. The problem I'm encountering is where do I buy it from?! I've been googling for ages looking for a place that sells these cameras and not even the Casio website is helpful!
Any tips or even if you have suggestions of other similar quality cameras that are worth looking at and where I could buy them? (In Ireland).
