Good article and I agree with most everything written however we don't live in a perfect world. I coach in the Northeast and many juniors are lucky to get 2 hours of training a day between Oct.-March. Between full-time school, high indoor costs and lack of court availability it's almost impossible to do as Jose encourages. Also, many juniors play tournaments to get match play. It's difficult to practice during a tournament match.
