Is this camera good enough?

Hi John,
My 20th birthday is this Tuesday, the 19th. For my birthday I asked my parents if I could get a digital video camcorder, and they said yes! Is this one good enough:

2nd one down, Canon ZR200

By good enough, I mean, does it have the capability for me to shoot good quality video of myself so that I could send it in? Does it meet your minimum requirements for video analysis? Thanks for your help.
