Updated betting odds to win the tournament. Fritz looks like a smart money bet. Maybe not $25000 though.

Not that I am watching much of the US Open, sadly, but Sinner looks the strong favourite from hereon. I don't believe the bad press has affected him all that much, which in itself is a strong indicator he might be innocent. He's head and shoulders the best player left in the tournament to me.
That's a remarkable stat illustrated on stroke's photo. Twenty one years of sheer dominance.Stotty

Match of the day Grigor and his beautiful game vs Rublev. Rublev is a very very slight favorite. No one has benefitted from the big 3 being pretty much gone more than Grigor. He is younger than other great players such as Gasquet, Monfils, Tsonga that pretty much could not win the big titles because of the big 3. Grigor still has a chance and he is thriving without them in the draw.

Have you tried ESPN? ESPN Plus / ESPN 3 carries a lot of the early rounds before

UPDATE: Grigor took the 2nd set tiebreak ! Wondered how he was doing so well on his first serve, not that it isn't always good but 85%, and he has hit 134 MPH and ave 121 MPH. Go, Grigor, go, we singletons of the world stick together !
I'd add the Grigor is playing much better in the last year than he had for several. Aside for his aesthetics <g> he plays more tactically than most players these days. His run to the Paris final ( 2023?) was best I'd seen since he won the ATP Tour Final beating in Paris, Medvedev, Musetti, Hurkacz and Tsitsipas before losing to Djokovic (I think).
Meanwhile, back in Louie Armstrong, Ruud is taking it to Fritz so far. Here's one I didn't see coming: Rudd has won 92% of his first serve points vs 86% for Fritz, has a higher ave 1st serve speed, and has held the only BPs in the match so far. Maybe have to delay my Sunday trip to the gym and watch that one <g>.

Grigor is really taking the ball on early on both sides. I have always thought that that was the biggest difference between him and Fed, even though their technique looks identical. Grigor seems to be looking more like Fed than ever taking the ball on.

I know he's a long shot, but that half is opening up so -- maybe Grigor? I'd love that.
