    Really like seeing the study on the volley, but I have to comment on at least 2 areas.

    I really like the firm wrist description and think those who don't must be confusing "rigid or stiff" with firm. I like to think of a firm fishing rod which just has a small amount of flex. It still has some slight flex, but is not floppy or rigid either. I think that is how you want your wrist to be on volleys and looks like your video proves it.

    I'm not fond of the term "laying back" the wrist. I see the wrist to be mostly neutral, with most of the laying back coming from the shoulder and arm positioning making the open U.
