    Found a simple, free, one page of descriptive visuals of body movements that might help guide some discussions for those new to the forum ( not complete as I didn't see ulnar deviation , radial deviation, upper limb rotation movements, etc.). I couldn't find inexpensive, interactive software just limited to describing and visualizing moving joint segments as that is all that you need for a common language for most discussions. I think someone found one in an earlier post, but I couldn't locate it.

    John, if you can find an appropriate one for tennis needs, it might be good to list as a resource. A term or abbreviation like ESR, needed to differentiate from forearm pronation, requires visual explanation for many of us.

    Flexion and extension are typically movements that take place within the sagittal plane and involve anterior or posterior movements of the neck, trunk, ...
