Found a simple, free, one page of descriptive visuals of body movements that might help guide some discussions for those new to the forum ( not complete as I didn't see ulnar deviation , radial deviation, upper limb rotation movements, etc.). I couldn't find inexpensive, interactive software just limited to describing and visualizing moving joint segments as that is all that you need for a common language for most discussions. I think someone found one in an earlier post, but I couldn't locate it.
John, if you can find an appropriate one for tennis needs, it might be good to list as a resource. A term or abbreviation like ESR, needed to differentiate from forearm pronation, requires visual explanation for many of us.
