New Method: Forehand: More on the Wrist and Extreme Grips

We've looked at what happens with the wrist in the modern forehand with conservative and moderate grips. (Click Here.) Is it the same when players go under the handle more? What about players with extreme semi western grips like Djokovic and Nadal? Or a player like Jack Sock who is fully western?

The high speed video shows less wrist action. Why? It has to do with how the grip orients the hand to the racket. Are these grips right for elite players? Possibly. And what about for the rest of the world?
