Couple of comments:
1.Doug Eng in one of his posts in last three months mentioned the BOOT shape
of the trajectory of atp forehand
I have some problems finding the link the post by Doug
I think it is
post #5
2.The ball has a "low" bounce (the APEX more or less a KNEE LEVEL).
3.Couple frames before and after the contact cannot be trusted
please see "Biomechanical Principles of Tennis Technique"
by Duane Knudson
4.Comparison with Tsonga is provided in
5.The upward degree of Djokovic BEFORE THE CONTACT is an ball park of 40 degrees.
The range quoted by Knudson is 35-50 degrees
It is hard to say whether it would be the same for a waist level ball.
6.The center part of the trajectory forms an inverted V ( just before the contact)
The interesting variable to measure is the angle of the INVERTED V
7.The video ( at least in my case) allow for usage of the ---> key
to see in a slow motion
PS
One has to stop the video and use the ----> key next
It was done on Windows a based personal computer
